Pegasus Airpark's first two buildings of Condominium T and Box Hangars were constructed in 2003. Each unit
has a 41' 6 X 11 1/2 foot high bi-fold door with built in walk-in doors. Interior ceiling is above 13 feet. Each unit is
provided with a 40 A / 230 V electrical capacity with four 8' fluorescent light fixtures in the rectangular and three in
the T hangars. Units have standard vinyl covered insulation installed during construction.
Our third Box Hangar building has similar dimensions to the second. The third build was sold out as of April
2011. Pegasus hangars have the benefit of no lease on the land as at public airports. You own it. The
community is gated, the runway is 5,000 ft, at an elevation of 1,450 ft., and the airport is private making Pegasus
an extremely quite location.
